Ingredients:
- 1 C. sugar
- 3 C. water
- 4 cubes Dorot Gardens Basil cubes
Cooking Instructions:

Place the sugar and water into a saucepan over medium-high heat and bring to a boil. When the sugar has dissolved, remove from the heat and let cool.2
Place all of the ingredients with the sugar water in a blender and blend for about 30 to 45 seconds or until basil is infused.3
Place into a 9 by 13-inch metal cake pan and place in freezer overnight or at least 6-8 hours.4
Scrape the mixture every hour with a fork to break up the ice crystals.5
Serve in small, cold bowls or glasses, garnished with fresh basil leaves, if desired.
