The Journey From Field To Freezer
With Dorot Gardens that journey starts in the field – we grow our own garlic, basil, cilantro, parsley, and ginger.
Once our crops reach peak freshness we move quickly to get them out of the ground, processed, packaged and flash frozen as quickly as we can, so they stay as fresh and flavorful as possible when you come to use them.
We work to have all of this done within 90 minutes of harvest, but once the initial rush is over the clock slows down considerably - and Dorot Gardens products can maintain that fresh 'just picked' flavour for as long as two years!
