


Ingredients:
- 1 leg of lamb, bone-in
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 package Dorot Gardens Glazed Onions
- 1 package Dorot Gardens Garlic
- 1 package Dorot Gardens Basil
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cups beef stock
- 2 sprigs thyme
- 1 and a half pounds baby Yukon gold potatoes, halved if large
- 4 large carrots, cut into thick diagonal pieces
- Three quarters cup pitted prunes
- 2 lemons, sliced thick

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.2
Pat the leg of lamb very dry. Deeply score the leg of lamb in a crosshatch to allow seasoning to penetrate deep inside the meat. Season generously with salt and pepper.3
In a microwave safe bowl add Dorot Gardens Glazed Onions, Garlic and Basil with olive oil. Microwave on high for 2 minutes until fully thawed. Mix to combine and spread throughout every nook of the scored lamb.4
Place lamb in a large baking dish and surround with potatoes and carrots. Season with salt and pepper. Add on the prunes and top with lemon slices.5
Cover lamb with aluminum foil and transfer to over. Braise for 1.5 hours. Remove aluminum foil and cook for another 20-30 minutes until lamb is browned.6
Allow to rest for 30 minutes before serving with any extra juices.
