- 4 oz cream cheese, softened (1⁄2 block)
- 4 oz goat cheese, softened
- 3 Dorot Gardens Garlic Cubes (about 2 teaspoons)
- 2 Dorot Gardens Parsley Cubes
- 2 Dorot Gardens Basil Cube
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1⁄4 cup pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
- 1⁄4 cup dried cranberries, finely chopped

Cooking Instructions:

In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and goat cheese. Add the Dorot garlic, parsley, and basil cubes. Allow to thaw then mix well with a spatula or hand mixer until smooth and evenly combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.2
Transfer the mixture onto a sheet of plastic wrap. Roll it tightly into a log shape, about 11⁄2 inches thick. Twist the ends to seal. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until firm.3
On a plate, mix together the pumpkin seeds and chopped dried cranberries.4
Unwrap the chilled cheese log and roll it over the seed and cranberry mixture, pressing gently so it adheres evenly on all sides.5
Wrap again in plastic and refrigerate until ready to serve. Slice and serve with crackers, pita chips, or crostini.
