Cooking Instructions:
1
Pre-heat oven to 400F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.2
In a small microwave-safe bowl add the frozen garlic and herb cubes with olive oil. Microwave for 1-2 minutes until garlic is golden brown and fragrant. Allow to cool.3
Dust a working surface with some flour and unroll the puff pastry sheet. Use a pastry brush to spread about 3/4 of the garlic and herb spread, then begin rolling lengthwise so you have a long rolled up tube. Use a knife to cut puff pastry roll in half, lengthwise. Twist both rolls a few times. This can get a little messy, which is totally normal.4
Cut cross hatches halfway through the brie and place it on the center of your baking sheet. Swirl both puff pastry twists around the brie making sure that it’s snug. Brush the remaining garlic and herb mixture on top of brie and throughout puff pastry.5
Bake for 16-20 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbling. Serve immediately and have guests remove strands of cooked puff pastry and dip it inside the melted brie.
