Ingredients:
- 2 cups filtered water
- 1 cube turmeric
- 1 cube ginger
- 4 sticks cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon black peppercorns
- 1/4 cup maple syrup (see notes)
Ingredients for Cocktail
- champagne or prosecco
- cinnamon sticks (to garnish)
Cooking Instructions:

Combine the water, turmeric, ginger, cinnamon sticks and black peppercorns in a small sauce pot over medium heat.2
Bring to a gentle simmer, reduce the heat to low and cook for 25 minutes.3
Remove from the heat and cool. Stir in the maple syrup.4
Pour 1 oz concentrate into the bottom of a glass or champagne flute.5
Top with 5 oz of champagne. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.6
