Recipe Details:

A Sparkling Blueberry Ginger Mocktail That Feels Special

This blueberry ginger mocktail recipe is bright, bubbly, and a little more exciting than a regular soft drink. The blueberry syrup brings most of the flavor, giving each glass a deeper blueberry-ginger taste before the sparkling water adds refreshing fizz.

Dorot Gardens Crushed Ginger makes prep even simpler. No peeling, grating, or chopping needed. Just pop the ginger cubes into the saucepan with the blueberries and rosemary, then let the syrup come together.

Why Blueberry and Ginger Work So Well Together

Blueberry and ginger bring a lovely balance to the same glass. Blueberries add fruity sweetness, while
ginger adds a warm, zippy note that keeps the drink from tasting too sweet.

From there, lemon juice brightens the syrup, maple syrup rounds it out, and rosemary adds a gentle herbal
finish. Straining keeps the mocktail smooth and easy to sip. Top it with sparkling water, and this blueberry
ginger mocktail is fresh, balanced, and ready to pour.

Tips for a Better Sparkling Blueberry Ginger Mocktail

Let the blueberry syrup cool slightly before adding it to your glass. This helps keep the ice from melting
too quickly, so the mocktail stays cool and refreshing.

When you are ready to serve, add chilled sparkling water to keep the drink fizzy. For a sweeter mocktail,
add a little more blueberry syrup. For a lighter sip, use more sparkling water.

Serve over plenty of ice and stir gently before drinking. This helps the syrup and sparkling water blend
without losing too much sparkle. For a simple finish, add a few blueberries or a small rosemary sprig.

Ginger Flavor Without the Peeling

Fresh ginger can add great flavor to drinks, but it usually means peeling, chopping, or grating before you start. Dorot Gardens Crushed Ginger helps you skip that step.

The cubes are pre-portioned and ready to use straight from the freezer. As the syrup simmers, they melt into the blueberries and rosemary, giving this blueberry ginger mocktail a warm ginger flavor with less prep and less mess.
