Tabouleh Salad


 

Ingredients

  • 2 cups bulgur
  • 4 cups boiling water
  • 2 cups diced dried fruit (apricots, dates, dried figs and raisins)
  • 6 Dorot Chopped Parsley cubes
  • 4 Dorot Chopped cilantro cubes
  • 2 tablespoons chopped candied pecans
  • 1/ 2 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Directions

1. Pour the bulgur and boiling water into a bowl and mix
2. Wait about 10 minutes for the bulgur to absorb the liquid and to soften
3. Add the Parsley cubes, the Cilantro cubes, the dried fruit and the candied pecans
