


Ingredients:
- ¼ cup low sodium soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons sesame oil
- 4 cubes Dorot Gardens garlic
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 to 3 zucchini, sliced into thick strips (you'll need about 12 to 14 strips, total)
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
- Red pepper flakes, for garnish

Cooking Instructions:

Fold zucchini strands into small bunches and add to skewers. Each skewer should hold around 12 to 16 strands.   2
Add to a grill or cast-iron pan over medium high heat and sear on all sides. 3 3
Mix sauce.  4
Pour sauce over the seared zucchini on the grill or pan.   5
Sear on each side another 1 min, or until desired crispness.
