Ingredients:

    • 4 hoagie or sub rolls
    • ingredient
    • 2 cups shredded lettuce
    • ingredient
    • 6 slices of pepperoni
    • ingredient
    • 6 slices of salami
    • ingredient
    • 6 slices of tomato
    • ingredient
    • 6 slices of provolone cheese
    • ingredient
    • 1/4 cup banana peppers
    • ingredient
    • 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onions
    • ingredient
    • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
    • ingredient
    • 3 tablespoons olive oil
    • ingredient
    • 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
    • ingredient
    • 1 tablespoon dried Italian seasoning
    • ingredient
    • Salt and pepper to taste.

    • Dorot Gardens Parsley
    • ingredient
    • Dorot Gardens Garlic

Cooking Instructions:

Start with a base layer of shredded lettuce, then add your meats, cheese, tomatoes, banana peppers and red onions in a pile.

Chop everything together, making sure it’s well mixed.

Add mayonnaise

Sautee olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, pepper, parsley

Chop one more time to incorporate.

Scoop a pile of the chopped Italian ingredients onto a hoagie roll and serve.
