Ingredients:
For burger:
- 1 lb. ground chicken
- 3 frozen cubes Dorot Gardens Basil
- 3 frozen cubes Dorot Gardens Parsley
- 3 frozen cubes Dorot Gardens Garlic
- 3 frozen cubes Dorot Gardens Sautéed Onions
- 2 tsp. Kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp. freshly group black pepper
- 3 Tblsp. olive oil
- 8 slices of cheese of your choice
- 4 brioche buns
For herb sauce:
- 3 frozen cubes Dorot Gardens Basil
- 2 frozen cubes Dorot Gardens Parsley
- 1 frozen cubes Dorot Gardens Garlic
- 1 frozen cubes Dorot Gardens Sautéed Onions
- 1 Tblsp. olive oil
- 1 pinch salt
Directions:
- Use your hands to mix first 8 ingredients (from chicken through olive oil) in a large bowl, making sure frozen cubes have thawed first. Form into 8 equal-sized balls and set aside.
- Heat your griddle on high and oil surface before working in batches and pressing each ball of chicken with a press and cooking on both sides until golden brown. Add slice of cheese to each patty and toast your bun on both sides.
- In the meantime, microwave all of the herb sauce ingredients in a small bowl for about a minute and mix until combined.
- Build each burger with two chicken patties and top with extra herb sauce and serve.
