These sticky chicken wings are a favorite of mine for the Super Bowl, World Series, or any game I’m watching from home! They’re finger-licking good finger foods that all your party guests will enjoy, using flash-frozen herbs for an unmistakably fresh flavor.

Sticky Honey Garlic Ginger Wings

Ingredients

  • 20 chicken wings
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 C. flour
  • Olive oil spray

For Honey Ginger Sauce:

  • 1/4 C. honey
  • 2 Tblsp. soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 Dorot Gardens Frozen Ginger Cubes
  • 2 Dorot Gardens Frozen Garlic Cubes
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 425F or air fryer to 400F.
    2. Dry wings with a paper towel and season with salt and pepper. Place in a bowl and  mix in flour to coat.
    3. Spray with olive oil spray and place on a baking sheet into the oven or directly into  the air fryer. Cook for 30-35 minutes in the oven or 20-25 minutes in the air fryer,  until golden brown and turning wings halfway through.
    4. While the wings cook place all of the sauce ingredients in a small saucepan and  whisk together. Bring to a simmer and keep whisking and cooking until thickened.  Add more corn starch if it’s not thick enough.
    5. Once wings are golden crispy place in a bowl and pour in sauce to coat.
