Crispy Garlic Cauliflower Gnocchi

  • 1 package frozen cauliflower gnocchi from Trader Joe’s
  • 3 Tblsp. Butter
  • 3 cubes of Dorot Gardens Frozen Garlic
  • 3 cubes of Dorot Gardens Frozen Parsley
  • 1/2 C. Grated parmesan
  • Salt and pepper


  1. Heat butter in a sauté pan on medium-high heat until melted and it begins to brown. Add bag of frozen cauliflower gnocchi, being careful of flare ups. Sauté for 3-4 minutes, then add garlic cubes and sauté 2-3 minutes. Add parsley cubes and sauce another minute until it’s completely combined and gnocchi is browned.
  2. Serve in a dish and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and season to your taste.
  3. Serve immediately.

Serves 2.
