Honey Ginger Lemonade

  • 5 cubes Dorot Gardens frozen ginger cubes
  • 1/2 C. honey, plus more to taste
  • 1 C. freshly squeezed lemon juice, plus more to taste
  • 1 C. fresh mint leaves
  • 5 C. lemon seltzer
  • Ice


  1. In a large glass pitcher, add all of the ingredients except ice. Mix well together until ginger melts and fill the pitcher with ice, mixing further. Taste and adjust sweetness or tartness to your liking.
  2. Serve with lemon slices.

(Note: The direction seems to be cut off regarding the lemon slices. You might want to specify how the lemon slices should be added or served.)
