Ingredients:
- 6 frozen cubes Dorot Gardens Cilantro
- 2 frozen cubes Dorot Gardens Garlic
- 1/2 C. Greek Yogurt
- 1 jalapeño, seeded
- 1/3 C. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- Fresh romaine lettuce, for serving
Directions:
- In a food processor add all of the ingredients except for lettuce. Process until smooth and creamy.
- Pour dressing in a ramekin or glass jar and lay out romaine lettuce onto a platter. Dip lettuce into dressing and enjoy!
- You can also serve the dressing directly onto your favorite salad mix.
Makes about 1 cup dressing
