Creamy Cilantro, Jalapeño and Garlic Dressing

  • 6 frozen cubes Dorot Gardens Cilantro
  • 2 frozen cubes Dorot Gardens Garlic
  • 1/2 C. Greek Yogurt
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded
  • 1/3 C. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • Fresh romaine lettuce, for serving


  1. In a food processor add all of the ingredients except for lettuce. Process until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour dressing in a ramekin or glass jar and lay out romaine lettuce onto a platter. Dip lettuce into dressing and enjoy!
  3. You can also serve the dressing directly onto your favorite salad mix.

Makes about 1 cup dressing
