Ingredients:

    • 1 head cauliflower, cut into pieces

    • Olive oil
  • Ingredients For tahini sauce

      ingredient
    • 3 cubes Dorot Gardens crushed garlic
    • ingredient
    • 1 C. Mighty Sesame Tahini
    • ingredient
    • Juice of half a lemon
    • ingredient
    • 1 Tblsp. honey
    • ingredient
    • 3 Tblsp. olive oil
    • ingredient
    • 1 tsp. salt
    • ingredient
    • 1/2 tsp ground pepper
    • ingredient
    • 1 tsp. turmeric
    • ingredient
    • 1 tsp. paprika
    • ingredient
    • Water, as needed to thin out sauce

Cooking Instructions:

Pre-heat oven to 450F

Drizzle cauliflower with olive oil and roast in a baking dish for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.

In the meantime whisk all of the sauce ingredients and add water until you achieve a creamy consistency.

Remove cauliflower once cooked and drizzle with tahini sauce. Serve with more sauce on the side.
