Ingredients:
- 8 cubes Dorot’s Frozen Crushed Basil
- 2 -3 cubes Dorot’s Frozen Crushed Garlic
- 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 cup of grated parmesan cheese or pecorino Romano cheese (or a mixture)
- 1 lb pasta – such as fettuccini, linguine, spaghetti
- Salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup pine nuts
Cooking Instructions:

In a food processor, combine the pine nuts, garlic, salt, and pepper and pulse until well chopped.2
Add the basil and pulse until combined.3
With the food processor running, drizzle in the olive oil and pulse until combined. Add the Parmesan cheese, if using, and pulse to briefly combine. For a smoother pesto, add more olive oil.RECIPE TAGS:
