Dorot Gardens cubes carry a two year shelf life, meaning that you can have access to the great flavor of fresh garlic, onions and herbs any time you need them, all year round!

When preparing hot food, simply cook your food as you normally would and pop in the corresponding amount of cubes when your recipe calls for an amount of fresh garlic, herbs or spices. At the same time though, don’t forget that you can defrost our cubes and use the ingredients within just as you would traditional fresh garlic, herbs or spices.
